HVAC- INSTALL LEAD (RESIDENTIAL)
JOB DESCRIPTION, ESSENTIAL DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Install Lead- Residential (IL) performs installation, replacement, and change-outs of residential air conditioning and heat pump systems, new ductwork, and multiple new construction projects. The IL provides exceptional customer service and educates customers on the proper use and maintenance of newly installed systems. The IL provides recommendations for upgrades to homeowners regarding comfort needs such as air quality. The IL is expected to work in various conditions (hot/cold), assist in handling company demands, and bring a positive team player attitude to the position and with coworkers, This position had career advancement opportunities by pay and/or position.
Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Plumbing Industry
Job Type:
Non-Exempt – Full Time (eligible for overtime)
Schedule: 8-10 hour shift
On-call shift (rotational)
