I’ve had nothing but outstanding experiences with Sun Up Services. Jeanie, Nick, and the entire team have consistently been helpful, thorough, and highly communicative. As a property manager responsible for over 15+ properties, A/C issues are something I encounter often. Sun Up Services stands out for their promptness, attention to detail, and fair pricing. But what truly sets them apart is their professionalism—accurate billing, excellent guest interaction, 24/7 availability, and swift turnaround times. They are not just skilled technicians, but genuinely great people. I’m incredibly thankful to have found them. I also highly recommend their maintenance program—it helps catch problems before they arise, and the value is clear from the start with the first service call being free.

We have used Sun up several times and now they replaced 2 units for us and did a fantastic job. We found this company to be very honest and has repaired issues that other companies wanted total replacement cost. All the guys were great! Thank you Ethan, Nick, Matt and Nate! I have used other AC services in the past, however Sun Up Services has provided the best service and overall customer experience of them all. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable, and while any AC repair or service tends to be expensive, to me, their pricing is fair and reasonable. Their technician Nick, is especially skilled, and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided reasonable options. Everything is explained clearly upfront and there are no surprises. I decided to sign on for their annual service membership, which includes 2 semi-annual preventative maintenance visits, 1 free service call, and 10% discount on labor and materials. This was especially helpful, as when I needed them recently, it was on a Friday at 5:30pm. I called, and the receptionist who answered the phone was courteous and friendly. I requested the tech call me back prior to arrival, so I could describe the issue and get and idea of what we were looking at in both time and expense (This is where most of the other AC companies can really get you, as you are at their mercy as you feel the temperature rise in your home on a hot August day). Before the job even started, he sent detailed photos and an email with a clear breakdown of the quote, which gave me full confidence in his work.
